Initial Comprehensive Rheumatology Consultation
Length: 75 -90 minutes
Includes:
Initial appointment to review patient’s history, prior records, comprehensive exam, and outline of likely diagnosis, proposed labs/images if applicable and treatment recommendations
Second appointment (40-55 minutes) 1-3 weeks later to review everything and finalize management and plan recommendations
Review of prior records including medical notes, labs, imaging (when available)
Any communication and coordination of your care with your other physicians and health care providers.
